It’s not all unicorns and rainbows but what if it could be?

Have you ever wondered why some people are always able to see the bright side to everything? You know those lucky ones that everything always seems to work out for and even when it doesn’t they still seem to be positive and happy. If they fell into a septic tank, they’d come up smelling of roses.

What if I was to tell you this does not happen by accident but by design? Would you want to call in their designer and take some notes?

Oh, you’re still here, cool! Listen very carefully, the next few paragraphs are going to change your life.

Here’s the thing, if you struggle to see the bright side or you feel like a victim of circumstance you’re not alone. I work with people all day every day who used to be just like you, people who were doing hard core ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. People who were eternally stuck in a rut, people who are now living a life filled with unicorns and rainbows and I want to share the magic with you. Sound good? Then read on.

If you just follow my 4-step strategy you too can be a master architect of the mind and attract the people, experiences and income you desire as if by magic!

Just learn to think like a manifesting magician.

Even on your learner’s plates, you will magic up magnificence but with a little practice you will master this technique and you will find that everything and I mean everything is within your reach and you will feel more happiness and joy than Mary Poppins. Sound too good to be true? Give it a try anyway You’ve nothing to lose but the blues. AIM HIGH PEOPLE!!!!

Here is my four-step strategy

Step 1 Learn the art of the Reframe

First you need to understand the art of the reframe! So, what’s a reframe I hear you say? I’m glad you asked, Let me give you an example. Let’s say you lose your job.

You’d probably say OMG why is this happening to me and maybe even a few expletive deleteds.

But, you could say “What is the gift in this for me?”

Now in the first case your conscious mind, the negative part of you, lists all the downsides to losing your job. Makes you feel shitty right?

In the second case your conscious doesn’t know what to do because there’s no negative spin, so your UCM (Unconscious Mind) kicks in and starts looking for the upside: a chance to change careers, find a job closer to home, with shorter hours, and a nicer boss. Awesomeness…Simple yes. Easy? well not at first, it does take a little practice.

Ok now I know at this point some of you NIGEL NEGATIVE NANCYS out there are going to scream but what If I get cancer where’s the gift in that? and yes, I get it, sometimes it harder than others, but if you go down Route 1 you have cancer and depression. I said it was SIMPLE - NOT EASY! BUT the thing is no matter what is happening, if you frame it with what is the gift in this or words to that effect (what is the growth, learning) it changes how you feel about it and it changes your focus. The best thing is that it puts your UCM on high alert to look for and seek out the rainbows in the thunderstorm. Pretty cool right?

Your UCM cannot process a negative so it seeks what ever you are focussing on and gives you more of that. If you focus on the downside, you will get more of the downside. Wouldn’t you rather see the beauty of rainbows instead of focussing on the rain?

Step 2 Practice daily gratitude

The best way to do this is to write down 3-5 things a day that you are grateful for (click here to download the HappyUHQ gratitude journal- its free)

Now what this achieves is, it gets your conscious mind to focus on the good stuff, and the best part of doing this is that it sends the memo to your UCM. Yup that’s right you’ve got it, you then get more of the good stuff.

Positive happy vibes, world of abundance here we come!

Step 3 Visualise your desired outcome

Focus on what you want, not what you don’t want. I will let you in on a little secret. Your UCM cannot tell the difference between fact and fiction so just act as if it already is how you want it to be. Now I am not talking about faking it till you make it, it’s more like believing it until you become it and be CRYSTAL CLEAR in what you want.

Step 4 Random acts of kindness

Be kind to your fellow humans, give more than you get, and you will get more than you can imagine. As my good mate Dr TT says I am because we are and therefor we are because I am. I truly believe this is the magic that pulls it all together just think mother Theresa, Oprah, Nelson Mandela to name but a few.
